Terms of Purchase & Returns

Ordering

• Prices on this website are in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is verified, or immediately for cash on delivery.
• Orders paid by bank transfer or PromptPay must be paid within 24 hours, after which the order is cancelled automatically.

Shipping

• We ship within Thailand with Kerry Express, Flash Express, J&T Express or Thailand Post.
• A flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• You can follow your parcel any time on the Track Order page.

Returns and exchanges

• Please check your parcel on arrival. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.
• For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Approved refunds are made to your bank account within 7 business days.
